At Prisha Fashions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, made-to-order items, and accessories are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.
3. Once approved, ship the product back to us using the address provided.

Note: Return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
